I have never been this cold in my life. EVER. I've ventured outside the house twice today. Once to go grab the newspaper off of the driveway, and the other to get gasoline and groceries. I will not go outside today again. Unless you know, the house is on fire or something. Anyway, I have the day off today, and Matt is still sickly, so I'm being a domestic goddess today. Laundry, cooking, baking, cleaning. I'm going to surprise Matt when he gets home from work with sweet potato chili, chocolate chip cookies, and roasted apples. I WAS going to make sweet potato fries too, but I think I'll save those for tomorrow when I get off of work. Best. Wife. EVER.
My goal for today was to stay warm. This is why we took pictures inside. That, and Bailey (sister #2) was being a pain in the behind. I'm not a fan of taking pictures inside though. The lighting is awful. The sad part about this outfit is that I put a warm coat on when I left the house, buttoned it up, and never took it off. So, no one saw what I was wearing. Oh, summer... where art thou? This sweater I've had for 2 years or so, and while I like it, it sheds everywhere. I don't know why GAP does this to me. Hopefully the weather warms up a little soon and I can start being slightly more creative with my outfits. Heck, I'd be happy to just have the wind go away! Good thing summer will be here before I know it and I'll be complaining about the heat!
