Blinded in a Winter Wonderland

It SNOWED here in Central Texas this morning. SNOWED. I haven't lived somewhere where it has snowed since it's I was a year old. The snow will probably be gone before the afternoon is over, but that's okay. I was supposed to meet a friend and go to Michael's and Hobby Lobby, but seeing as how Austin isn't built for snow, we decided it was a bad idea to drive around today. I do have to work from 3-10pm though, so it's a good thing that Rudy's isn't that far.

Day 3 and I'm feeling good. I wanted to snap some pictures of it while it was fresh, and we did, but ohemgee I forgot how bright snow is. As I mentioned before, Matt tells me I have mutant eyes, and rightly so. I couldn't see a thing in the snow, hence the sunglasses. About an hour later, I had Bailey take some pictures of me inside, because a.) she wouldn't go outside, and b.) I needed some pictures without sunglasses on. This outfit is a bit bulky, but it's warmer than just the sweater alone. I also have on two pairs of tights. It doesn't help. I decided to wear the sweater untucked, because... I don't know. I just wanted to. I'm kind of bummed I don't get to wear this outfit anywhere, but such is life. I think the neighbors saw me in it, so maybe that counts for something.
