As Ashley informed you, mine and my sisters' birthday was on the 18th. And because that date fell on a Tuesday, we got our friends together Sunday night and celebrated with dinner and drinks. These boots were a birthday gift from my sis. The skirt and top I pulled together with the belt, but then decided it looked better without.
